I loved this gorgeous girls colour combinations and bubbly smile which won me over to stop and photograph her. You cant go wrong with a great striped dress and this has a beautiful shape, with a colour pop of orange accessories and nude shoes. Just gorgeous!
Love the way she has casually wrapped the scarf around her, which is in keeping with the colours of her outfit.
A gorgeous smile tops off any outfit coated in a beautiful lip colour.
Great skinny orange belt. A simple accessory but makes the dress complete.
Great orange pop tote with pearl bracelets.
Can't go wrong with a nude shoe.

Even Mannequins at TOPSHOP need a lie down after a busy first week!
With all the anticipation to the lead up of TOPSHOP and TOPMAN opening in Melbourne, it was no wonder that after its first week of trading that the mannequins would get a little exhausted and need a lie down and a change of outfit. It looked like they were deeply enjoying their rest, while I checked out their clothes and did some window shopping, making a mental list for Santa should he have time to swing by Chapel Street on his last minute shopping spree.
It was great to finally have TOPSHOP on our shores and most importantly, in Melbourne, as I think Melbournian's really are an eclectic mix of people which suits the TOPSHOP aesthetic with some great pieces you can mix and match with bold prints and luxe fabrics.

What's happening down south James?
Two weeks ago today I had the pleasure and delight to be invited to the LMFF Launch Campaign by my ever so stylish friend James. He of course didn't let me down arriving in beautiful shorts that attracted a lot of attention on the night- for all the right reasons of course and his spotty Odd Socks that went so well with his divine Burgundy shoes polished ever so nicely. The CEO of LMFF Graeme Lewsey was rather fixated with Jame's attire, and tried to get the press photographer to snap his shoes- but GT was on the case and snapped them up instead for you all to see.

GT Gadabout- Where have you been?
Dear readers,
I must apologise for my absence from these pages. It has been a rather challenging week needing to take time off for my health coupled with the timing that my modem died, my Internet provider was let's just say, no help which has meant I could not bring you any stylish uploads. I hope to have this issue rectified within the week and hope you will come back and visit me over the coming days and see what I've captured for you. I value and appreciate each and every person who spends their time typing in my blog address anticipating something new and I truly enjoying bringing it to you and have felt off sorts not being healthy enough to do so. Having spent time re-grouping and recouping, I'm ready to hit the streets to seek out the stylish, unique and fashionable individuals of Melbourne! So stay tuned lovely folk, hope you have all been well and we shall be communicating again soon.

Street Spotting
When I saw this guy on the street, I thought I had stepped out into another world, for his outfit most definitely stood out in a very unique way that I ran back and started trotting beside him to ask him if he would be photographed.
I love anyone that puts thought and detail into an outfit, and there was so much detail in his, there had to be so many photos taken to capture them all, and each time I looked, I noticed something else.
I love how he has his jacket resting on one shoulder while the sleeve of his shirt is rolled up, giving two different looks.
Even the knot on his bag adds another detail to the outfit.
The white lace adds a softening touch with the gold skull and medallions.
Military style embellishment certainly dresses up an ordinary corduroy jacket.
Love the belt and belt buckle.
Nice touch adding bits of fabric wrapped around the legs contrasting the yellow tights. Funnily enough, I wore yellow tights on the day and he took a photograph of me while taking a photograph of him.
Beautiful flowers which match his shirt really suit him and his vertical hair.

Street Spotting
I spotted (pardon the pun) this gorgeous girls retro dress as I was crossing the road and couldn't help but think how modern and timeless it looks in today's landscape. We had a lovely chat on the sidewalk about fashion and what I deemed as style, and I think she fit the bill perfectly. Style is something that comes from the wearer and the clothes bring it out, but the clothes should never wear you. Unfortunately, I see so many women who buy off the rack and are allowing a trend the wear them and their own personality is getting lost in the mix.
Simply elegant and such a flattering cut that shapes her body beautifully.
Love the pussy bow- the only accessory needed for this dress.
A classic shoe to cap off the outfit.
