Happy Birthday to the world's greatest icon Marilyn Monroe, born on June 1st 1926 and would have been 86 years old today, and whose birthday I share. Quite the complex, multi layered woman, a quintessential Gemini, and one I can relate to on many levels.
To those of us in the Southern Hemisphere, today also marks a new beginning, a new season of Winter. Time to bunker down, cosy up our homes, cook great comfort food and reflect on what's to come when Spring bursts in on us. That's what I'll be doing today, so I hope you all enjoy the 1st day of the month, the mid point of the year and the joy a new season and chapter brings!
