Friday night in Melbourne and where do the hipsters and fashion elite go? To a disused warehouse to see fashion, jewellery, art and drink Sapporo beer. It was the opening night of Penthouse Mouse, a temporary fashion store and art installation space. A prelude and feature event of LMFF, it showcases young designers and jewellers which then becomes The False Economy store, opening for business Saturday 3rd of March till Thursday 8th of March-daily from 12-4pm. Customers can then shop the wares from the AW 2012 collections and drink Sapporo beer while shopping. Can't really do that in any other retail space now can you!
The False Economy Store is located at 221 Kerr Street Fitzroy, Melbourne.
